I was happy with the representative in the showroom. He was very helpful and pleasant. I was happy with the installation and the door. I had to have a replacement part of the wooden door framing, but that was done very quickly and I am happy with the outcome.

Vents were omitted to be installed at the back of the house but this was rectified fully when informed of this. I have no issues at all at this time.

Recognised company, they started and finished as agreed, they have to return to fit some missing items, ordered awaiting delivery, there are a couple of snag points which they will complete when fitting missing items.

Tradesman was helpful and a replacement Velux window was fitted correctly and quickly, but on checking later, I noticed that the window’s metal frame was dented. A replacement part was obtained and fitted.

They replaced seven windows and also replaced two window lintels. The work was done on the time frame I was told. They were very helpful and kept me informed on what was being done. There was a scratch on one of the windows and this was replaced.

Had bedroom windows replaced and one office window. Windows arrived sooner than anticipated and were installed quicker than anticipated. One panel was broken during installation, but replaced in the meantime. One window still needs silicon applied to it, but I am confident the workmen will come and rectify this soon. Remove and fit 7 new windows. Mike and his apprentice arrived on time both mornings, they were very polite and tidy. They made sure everything was cleaned and tidy both inside and out both days. They had to return to replace 2 windows and again were on time, efficient and clean and I would highly recommend them and their work.
