We have a new front door and french doors. There were some issues with the windows as they arrived from suppliers, but they were rectified without fuss.

Thistle have carried out the work well. Kept in touch and was carried out on the date agreed and to the price quoted.

Really satisfied with the sales process and everything Matt did to support us, he built a very good relationship with us and if we return to Thistle would definitely wish to deal with Matt again. Installed guttering and roofline. It was done to schedule and budget. Always easy to work with and never leave a mess.

Swapped out front and back exterior doors. Doors were replaced very quickly and the whole process from start until finish was seamless with constant communication. There was a little bit of damage done to one of the skirting boards during the process but this wasn’t flagged up to Thistle as its a quick paint job and it will be covered.

We had 7 windows and a door fitted. Everything was done to the agreed schedule and cost. We had no issues at all. Everything went well. From the initial contact with Matthew to Jamie fitting the windows and door. We couldn’t fault the fitting team at all. Would recommend Thistle to anyone looking to have work done.

We were kept informed of when work was to be carried out and all turned up on time. The installation was fitted to a high standard and all the team acted professionally and left the work area clean and tidy. I would use Thistle again for future installations.
