All work started on the date given after a very long wait for planning consent. All the different tradesmen did their work very well and left the site very tidy, all explained each process as it progressed. We are very happy with the finished porch. The surveyor was excellent.

Installers gave a detailed plan of the work every day they arrived. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Windows were installed and job done in timescale promised. One of the double glazed units had a mark between the glass and was changed out for us promptly and efficiently.

I initially had my windows and doors fitted by another company. Due to bad fitting and inferior windows, doors etc this was a very unpleasant experience. I wish I had chosen Thistle Windows from the start. I have only had a new front door fitted but already there is a difference on the amount of cold draught coming into the house. Thistle Windows would be more expensive than the company I previously used, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with your company!

The whole process of ordering to fitting of our window was easy and efficient. We were kept up-to-date by letter and telephone of fitting dates, times and price. The two installers turned up on time and made sure they used dust sheets to protect floors and furniture. They were friendly and approachable and completed the job within the time scale given.
