Our team is very proud to announce that, for the second year in a row, we have been awarded the top-tier UK National Customer Satisfaction Award by industry standards organisaton Independent Network!

The Independent Network Customer Satisfaction Awards, are based on the independently audited feedback questionnaire responses of over 15,00 customers from over 100 member companies covering the length and breadth of the UK.

Over the past year, Independent Network has asked each of our customers for their feedback regarding their experience with Thistle in a variety of areas, including the quality of the installation work completed and the standard of service delivered.

Based on the feedback of 484 customers received between January and December 2020, Thistle achieved an Average Customer Satisfaction Rate of 97.96% and was awarded the title of ‘Best in The UK For Customer Satisfaction’ at this year’s awards ceremony, which took place on Tuesday 28th September 2021.

We would like to thank all of our customers for their support, patience and understanding during what has been far from a normal year.  The unprecendented circumstances of the last year have certainly been challenging for everyone, but as a local community we have stood strong together and we could not be prouder to be a local company that continues to serve Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and North East Scotland!
